New Works from Ramon Maiden, Riffblast and Gabriel Shaffer

We just received a selection of new works from Ramon Maiden, Riffblast and Gabriel Shaffer!

Ramon Maiden is an artist currently based out of Barcelona, Spain who reappropriates vintage illustrations from postcards, calendars, and various prints to transform them into fully tattooed characters and subjects with a mere ball-point pen. Maiden uses everything from Vargas pin-ups to religious prints depicting Saints and other holy characters to create his detailed drawings of full body tattoos.

The Pop inspired work of Italian based artist Riffblast merges popular cartoon and comic book references, high end fashion labels and religious icons with salvaged object assemblages. We have four new pieces on display from him. His work is engaging, well priced and addictive to collect. 

We also have a selection of works on paper from our very own Gabriel Shaffer. In addition to curation and management of Mortal Machine, he has been back in the studio on a regular basis. Expect to see more original major works from him, in the near future.
