Peca creates surreal, anthropomorphic specimens that inhabit the cosmos. Her work is poetic and mystical, captivating in both content and execution. Often inspired by mythology and history, Peca uses a range of media to render meticulous textures and stylistic symbols. Her work is wonderfully engaging, dreamlike and magical; she transports us into a dimension where spiritual beings steeped in symbolism appear as navigational guides.
Born and raised in Argentina, Peca graduated from the National University of La Plata with a degree in Visual Arts. Now based in Barcelona, Peca’s work is internationally exhibited and collected.
