ARTIST STATEMENT:
"Evil Cute" plays with the contrast between cuteness and darkness. The pink kitten, fluffy and innocent-looking with a feather in its mouth, stands on a pile of dead birds.
The soft, playfulness of the kitten feels at odds with the grim scene around it. The kitten, usually a symbol of innocence,
becomes a reminder that even the sweetest things can have a darker side. Sometimes what seems cute or harmless might hide something more dangerous.
